HR RECRUITMENT

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our HR team. This position is responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with related departments to ensure the selection of suitable candidates in accordance with the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Planning the company’s manpower needs
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment process
  • Communicating with users from each department
  • Preparing recruitment result reports
  • Conducting exit interviews, PKWTT, and PKWT

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology / Senior High School (SMA)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Proficient in psychological assessment tools
  • Experienced in conducting end-to-end recruitment process
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Able to work according to timelines and handle urgent tasks
  • Willing to be placed in Tebet, South Jakarta
