Responsibilities

  1. Create designs for various needs on social media, brochures, banners, etc.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints responsively and professionally.
  3. Assist the Digital Marketing Supervisor in managing social media and creating content.

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
  2. Thorough and detail-oriented, both in design and in interacting with customers.
  3. Proactive & creative.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or other design applications).
• Understand good graphic design principles (composition, typography, color, etc.).
• Familiar with digital communication tools (email & live chat).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
• Good multitasking ability.
• English proficiency will be an advantage.
