LOKER SECURITY

Responsibilities

 

  1. Securing the Area
  • Securing the workplace from criminal acts (theft, vandalism, disturbances).
  • Preventing unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
  • Conducting regular patrols inside and outside the premises.
  1. Monitoring Entry and Exit Access
  • Checking the identity of guests, employees, and vehicles.
  • Recording visitors and goods entering and leaving the premises.
  • Directing guests according to company procedures.
  1. Enforcement of Rules and SOP
  • Enforcing company regulations and security procedures.
  • Issuing warnings politely and professionally in case of violations.
  • Reporting any violations to supervisors or related PIC.
  1. Emergency Handling
  • Acting swiftly in case of fire, accidents, disturbances, or disasters.
  • Securing the incident location and assisting in evacuation.
  • Coordinating with authorities (police, fire department, medical teams) when necessary.
  1. CCTV and Security Equipment Monitoring
  • Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
  • Ensuring all security equipment functions properly.
  • Reporting any damage to security equipment.
  1. Service and Professional Attitude
  • Providing a sense of safety and comfort to employees and visitors.
  • Being friendly, firm, and polite.
  • Maintaining the company’s good reputation.
  1. Reporting and Administration
  • Preparing daily reports, incident reports, and shift handovers.
  • Documenting every incident in written and chronological form.
  1. Confidentiality and Loyalty
  • Maintaining company confidentiality.
  • Not abusing authority or position

Qualifications

• Skills in objectivity, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting.
• Pass medical and physical fitness tests, psychological test, and drug-free certification.
• Must have completed at least Garda Pratama training from the Indonesian National Police (POLRI).
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or other required locations.
• Maximum age 40 years.
• Must have a valid Security ID Card (KTA Security).
• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a security officer.
• Alert and responsible at work.
• Understands and comprehends the job description.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Physically and mentally healthy
