Responsibilities

  • Provide education/socialization regarding the Distributor application and offer products to customers (retail) with coverage in market areas, office areas, and densely populated residential alleys within approximately 2.5 km.
  • Take orders from customers (retail) through the Distributor application.
  • Deliver products to customers (retail) according to orders recorded in the application.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new potential customers for the Distributor’s target market.
  • Recap and prepare daily reports on the number of orders and transactions to the Distributor Branch.
  • Submit cash payments from daily transactions to the Distributor Branch based on the transaction amount recorded in the application on that day.

Qualifications

  • Aged 21–35 years.
  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
  • Preferably have experience in Motorbike Sales/Merchandiser in FMCG (Traditional/General Trade).
  • Preferably live near the placement area (maximum travel time 45 minutes).
  • Hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and own a personal motorcycle (maximum 5 years old).
  • Own an Android smartphone (version 7.1) and proficient in using gadgets.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Have good communication skills and able to work in a team.
  • Ready to work with targets.
  • Placement: Jabodetabek.
