WAREHOUSE PACKER

Responsibilities

  • Pick items from storage shelves according to received orders.
  • Ensure the items picked match the description and quantity stated in the order.
  • Check the quality of items before packing to ensure there is no damage.
  • Report damaged items or out-of-stock items to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Pack goods according to company standards for shipment.
  • Ensure all items are in good condition before packing.
  • Use appropriate packaging materials to protect items during delivery.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information.
  • Ensure each order is complete and matches the customer’s order.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure packages are ready for on-time shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.
  • Experience in packing or a similar role in a warehouse/logistics, e-grocery, or retail company.
  • Willing to join as soon as possible with placement in South Jakarta (Ruko Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, Kebayoran Lama).
  • Able to work according to daily targets.
  • High level of accuracy and good time management skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting items and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts and on weekends.
  • Owns a personal vehicle.
