Factors Affecting Employee Performance Standards

There are several factors that can affect an employee's performance standards, among others as follows:

  1. Internal Factors, focuses on the personal characteristics of an employee. An example is loyalty, reliability, communication skills, and leadership skills.
  2. External Factors, focus on factors outside of the employee. This external factor is divided into two. The first is the social and organizational factors that cover policy, types of training and experience, wage system and social environment. And the second is physical and work factors, includes working methods, settings and conditions, work equipment, workspace arrangement, noise, radiation, as well as temperature.
